Event series
Creative Mean is a cross medium conversation series throughout the Bay Area. It brings togethers creatives from diverse mediums, industries, and backgrounds for a night of talks and performances. It encourages participants to break out of their creative comfort zones in a hope that it may both challenge and clarify notions around their own creative practice.
Notable speakers have included - artist Sadie Barnette, artist and writer Jenny Odell, YBCA curator Susie Kantor, writer Rita Bullwinkel, photographers Lucas Foglia, Adrian Walker, and Erica Deeman, radio producer Annie Brown.
